The MESI ABPI is an automated medical device designed to measure ankle-brachial index (ABPI) quickly, accurately, and easily.

This portable device allows for screening for peripheral arterial disease (PAD) in at-risk adult patients. Using advanced oscillometric plethysmography technology, the MESI ABPI performs simultaneous blood pressure measurements in the arms and ankles to calculate the ABI.

The device offers two main operating modes. The ABI mode provides left and right ankle-brachial index, as well as blood pressures (systolic, diastolic, and mean) and heart rate for all limbs. The second mode allows for independent measurement of arm blood pressure. Results are displayed digitally and graphically on the device's screen, with visualization of pulse waves and oscillograms.
