Medical conductive gel is a universal consumable essential for many diagnostic examinations. In electrocardiography, it ensures optimal transmission of the electrical signal between the skin and the electrodes. In ultrasound, it eliminates air bubbles for perfect sound propagation. ECG Gel: Conductivity and Skin Tolerance

A high-quality ECG conductive gel is formulated to provide high electrical conductivity whilst being hypoallergenic and gentle on patients’ skin. Its fluid yet non-runny texture makes it easy to apply to the areas where electrodes are placed without spilling over. Our gels are available in 250 ml tubes for occasional use, in 500 ml pump bottles for daily use in the practice, and in 5 kg tubs for departments with high volumes of ECG or ultrasound scans.

Ultrasound gel: optimal acoustics

The ultrasound gel is formulated to provide an acoustic impedance suitable for the propagation of ultrasound waves. It must be applied in sufficient quantity to eliminate any air/skin interface that would cause image artefacts. Our gels are compatible with all ultrasound probes and are formulated not to damage transducers or cables. Available in heated or non-heated versions, depending on practitioners’ preferences and patient comfort.
